Little Dresses for Africa
I wanted to share some of my designs that were sent to Little Dresses for Africa via a local project called Compassion Fashion. These were made out of simple pillowcases and turned into darling little dresses. Thank you to the models who are sporting my designs!

Still here!!!
HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you missed me??? LOL! It has been B-U-S-Y around my way since last I posted. All great things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My line has been growing by leaps and bounds and I couldn't be happier about it. This spring has been very busy and productive, to say the least. I debuted my Fall/Winter 2012 line at Midwest Fashion Week in Indianapolis, Indiana, in March and will be showing it again this summer at Little Rock Fashion Week (July), Baltimore Fashion Week-end (August), and in the fall (September) at Conway Fashion Week (Conway, AR). Talk about someone STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In between these shows, I am also going to be showing in a lot of smaller shows along the way which will include some spring/summer designs. There are so many other wonderful things happening and in the works that I can't share at this time but once I have all the details in order, I do plan to share! In the meantime, check out a couple of my children's designs below. Yes, there is a children's line in the works!!! Exciting times around the studio!!!

"Modeling 4 A Cause" Fashion Show
Hey bloggers and bloggettes! It sure has been a minute since my last post. I hope everyone is enjoying his/her holiday season. I wanted to share with you all my latest show pics. Some of these looks you may have seen on my website or Facebook but for those who have not, here you go!!!! The event was called "Modeling 4 A Cause" which raised money to benefit the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization as well as to help with the restoration of a local historical landmark, Dreamland Ballroom. The event was held at Dreamland Ballroom and although the venue is old, it was such a beautiful setting. The building is located on Little Rock, Arkansas's W 9th street downtown, which used to be referred to as "Little Harlem" in the 1920s. That's the feel I got when I entered the building before even knowing the history. So many greats performed there which is quite amazing!! So, it's definitely worth saving. Ok, here are pics that were taken during the practice run-through my models did prior to the show. Oh yeah, did I mention I was the featured designer?? ;)

Heel Condoms?!
Ok, I had to share this thanks to a fellow blogger. WOW!!! Check out these so très chic shoe accessories. There are two styles, "condom" and "panty" styles. Anyone who knows me is aware of my shoe fetish so this is just what I needed to add that little extra!! Cirque de Couture "N’cholé Féroce Style" & Other Updates
Hello lovelies!! I know it's been awhile since you last heard from me here but there has been so much going on since Little Rock Fashion Week (LRFW). A LOT!!! If you follow me on Twitter or if you are friends with me on Facebook then you already know about it all. If not, I will do my best to get you up to speed on what's been going on with N’cholé Féroce™. First of all, I have to thank God for all the things that have happened since LRFW. So many blessings have come from all over the place. I have picked up several clients and one of my designs was even featured in the High Profile section of the Sunday Arkansas Democrat-Gazette over Labor Day weekend. The newspaper clip is posted below. I had no idea it would be used to show some of the Fall 2011 trends. Talk about someone EXCITED!!!

As if last week couldn't get any better, I competed in the 2nd Annual SARPA (Sexual Assault Recovery & Prevention Agency) Cirque de Couture Design Competition in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and finished with 2nd place. It still felt like 1st place to me because it was something that made me push myself out of my comfort zone. It was a lot of fun and there's no price a person can place on exposure. Shots from Little Rock Fashion Week 2011
Little Rock Fashion Week 2011........WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't believe there are any words for how AMAZING the week-long event truly was. I gained so many new friends I'm sure will become lifetime connections, on both business and personal levels. In addition, my line obtained a tremendous amount of exposure. All the hard work paid off!!
Based on the feedback I have received, my show was a big success. Not only was this show meant to bring exposure, it was also a competition. We should know by the end of this week who will hold the "Clothing Line of the Year" award. **fingers crossed** I'll let you all know the turnout once the news has been announced.

It's Almost Showtime!!
I know it's been awhile since last I posted but I'm sure you all can understand why. There has been so much going on with getting prepared to debut N’cholé Féroce™ at Little Rock Fashion Week 2011 (LRFW), which is just a little under two weeks away. I can hardly believe it! It seems like I just found out two weeks ago that I made it. This experience has been an emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows with the highs definitely outweighing the lows. Anxiety is to blame for the lows, no doubt. When a person wants something so badly as I do being named "2011 LRFW Clothing Line of the Year", there is always going to be potential for anxiety to build. I'm so happy to have a strong support system around me to help push pass those times. Overall, this has been such a wonderful experience. I'm looking forward to what's to come!!
After LRFW I plan to post pics of my debut collection, Elegance x Edge on my website.
I appreciate all my followers and the support you all have shown me over this past year. Your support and encouragement have meant a lot to me. <3
